log_del_present_boxパーティション化 #1096
テーブルスイッチ後の当日データ移動バッチ作成
ログテーブル移動バッチの期間修正

ユーザーには3日間のログデータが見えるため、3日分データ移動する
テーブル切り替え前にdel_log_del_present_box.incが更新されないようにする
→テーブル更新作業完了後にデプロイ

対応完了後、cpanelブランチでもsearch_log_del_present_boxの対応
