概要

【2/22】酒場特別客＆雇用キャンペーン #1535
期間中の特別客設定
雇用キャンペーン設定、自動バナー設定

web: bar_bonus_0222
db: bar_bonus_0222

テスト方法、確認した内容

BarBonusEventConfig、master_deluxe_bar_card_exec_listの期間を調整して確認お願いします。
酒場のリストは当日の初ログイン時に更新されるため、以下対応でリセットできます。
・user_info.reset_time = yestarday
・dau_login 当日分削除
