概要

天下無双達成ポイント集計修正用のPRです。
master_event_rewardを使う形に修正できておりませんでした。
tool_event_new_island_point.inc を参考に修正

テスト方法、確認した内容

ENVIRONMENT=development PF=yamada IS_DOCKER=true php tool_event_battle_point.inc

TODO

確認でき次第本番に反映
