概要

以下のPRを作り直したPRです。
https://git.dev.d-es.co.jp/gitbucket/jolly/jr-web/pull/2560

本家にも問題を共有して、他の懸念点も考慮した結果当初の
カードの所持数が1000枚を前提にしていたようなのでdefineで定義している最大所持数に変更
の対応に変更しました。
