覇戦マッチング処理の成否をSlack通知
・成功時にSlack通知（通知の有無でマッチング成否を判断できるため）
・エラー発生時に、エラー内容をSlack通知
マッチング失敗時に発生していた、過去の覇戦結果が全敗になる問題の修正
