概要

4周年キャンペーンの以下の対応です。

⑥戦争勝利で｢4周年記念とくぱん｣が貰える ※終了日時が他と異なる
       ┗戦争に勝利すると貰える 本家とは参加でのコインガチャチケットは無し

TeamwarGachaTicketConfigにフラグを追加して戦争参加と戦争勝利を切り分けようとしていました。

sqlクエリで集計して、管理画面「プレゼント配布」で対応
