Bar-Gacha.tpl の表示形式を Bar-Gacha_old.tpl に反映して Bar-Gacha_new.tpl としてファイル作成
Bar-Gacha_old.tpl にヤマダ独自の改修が含まれるため、oldをベースとしてアップデート

ガチャ魅力紹介告知IDはGachaConfigに追加
