仕様面の確認になります。
ナラシンハの強化アイテムのスキル「スピードブースト」はコストが高いほど効果が高くなるスキルですが、海域イベントではコストが半減されるため効果が半減されることになります。
上記問題はないでしょうか。
デッキに入れやすくなるメリットを加えたことにより、スキル効果が弱体化するデメリットになる点が気になりました。
