パイレーツパスで使用するアイテム、ショップIDを事前に設定
本実装の開発マージまでに時間がかかるので、
マージ中にIDが使われるのを防ぐ方法として、先に使用するアイテムを登録しておく

使用を防ぐだけなので開発にのみマージ
